George Lakes Sailing School

George Lakes Yacht Club operates a sailing school, which teaches Sailing to children and adults, from beginner to advanced stages.

George Lakes Yacht Club is affiliated to SA Sailing - Sailing School courses are aligned to International Sailing Federation coaching standards. High standards of water safety and lifesaving are incorporated in these standards.

Training is done on O-9ers for youth novices and on Gypsys for adult novices. For more advanced courses, Optimists, Mirrors, Dabchicks and Sprogs are available for training.
